Mission: Polyconseil handles strategic missions for corporations, telcos, media groups, and public institutions in France and abroad.

Depending on your profile and your wishes, here are some example of projects on which your could work :

• Strategy: market study mission, defining positionning and offers.
  Example of mission: positionning strategy of the online music and video on demand offer of a leading actor
• Organization: organizing and optimizing operational performance.
  Example of mission: auditing the customer service of a telco, setting up performance indicators, highlighting functional problems and deploying performance-improving solutions.
• Project Owner Assistance: pilotage et accompagnement à la mise en oeuvre de grands projets.
  Example of mission: deployement of a submarine cable in the Pacific: technical, legal and financial pre-study, choosing a cable ship, managing the deployement and sales.
• Economic Steering: setting up indicators in order to analyse the performance of an operational entity.
  Example of mission: analysing and following the interconnection costs of a network operator in order to optimize his operational margin.

Diploma:

• Telecom Engineering Universities: Telecom ParisTech, Telecom Bretagne, Telecom SudParis, Telecom Lille, etc.
• Generalist or EE/CS Engineering Universities: Polytechnique, Centrale, Mines, Ponts, Supelec, Ensimag, Epita, etc.

• Devlopment and integration: developing and integrating software solutions
  Example of mission: developing a VoIP platform for a WiFi operator (using open source software)
• Telecom Network Architecture: specifiying and deploying network architectures
  Example of mission: managing the transition from IPv4 to IPv6 in the core network of an operator
